Order & Shipping Policy
1. Introduction
This Order & Shipping Policy ("Policy") governs all purchases, order processing, fulfilment, shipping, and delivery services relating to products purchased through the Nuwell Global Health ("NGH") website and other official sales channels operated by NUWELL GLOBAL SDN. BHD. ("Company", "we", "our", or "us").
By placing an order through the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Policy.
2. Order Acceptance
All orders submitted through the Website are subject to review, verification, and acceptance by the Company.
The submission of an order and receipt of payment confirmation do not constitute acceptance of the order by the Company. The Company reserves the right to reject, suspend, limit, modify, or cancel any order where stock availability changes, payment verification cannot be completed, suspected fraudulent activity is detected, regulatory restrictions apply, or where fulfilment becomes impracticable due to circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control.
Where an order is cancelled after payment has been successfully received, the Company shall arrange a refund or other appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable policies and legal requirements.
3. Product Availability
All products offered through the Website are subject to inventory availability and supplier stock levels.
Whilst reasonable efforts are made to maintain accurate stock information, the Company does not guarantee continuous product availability and reserves the right to discontinue products, revise specifications, amend packaging, limit purchase quantities, or withdraw products from sale without prior notice.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed on the Website are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) unless otherwise stated.
The Company reserves the right to amend pricing, promotional offers, discounts, shipping charges, and product information without prior notice.
In the event of a pricing error, technical error, or product listing error, the Company reserves the right to cancel the affected order and refund any payment received.
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment service providers and remain subject to approval, verification, anti-fraud screening, and the policies of the relevant financial institutions.
5. Order Processing
Orders are generally processed during normal business operating hours, excluding weekends, public holidays, and company-declared non-working days.
Processing times may vary depending on stock availability, order volume, promotional campaigns, payment verification requirements, regulatory compliance obligations, and operational circumstances.
The Company shall not be liable for reasonable delays required to verify transactions, conduct fraud prevention checks, or comply with applicable laws and regulations.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Products shall be delivered through appointed logistics providers, courier partners, distributors, or fulfilment service providers selected by the Company.
Delivery timelines stated on the Website are estimates only and are provided for general guidance. Actual delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, transportation disruptions, customs clearance procedures, courier operations, remote delivery locations, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control.
The Company does not guarantee delivery within any specific timeframe unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.
7. Customer Responsibility for Delivery Information
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all shipping addresses, billing addresses, contact information, and special delivery instructions provided during checkout are complete, accurate, and current.
The Company shall not be liable for any failed deliveries, delayed deliveries, returned parcels, additional courier charges, product deterioration, or losses resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Where re-delivery is required due to customer error, additional delivery charges may apply.
8. Transfer of Risk and Ownership
Risk of loss, damage, or deterioration of products shall pass to the customer upon successful delivery of the products to the delivery address specified in the order.
Customers are encouraged to inspect products immediately upon receipt and report any concerns within the applicable reporting period.
9. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, or failures in order processing or delivery arising from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, labour disputes, cyber incidents, transportation disruptions, customs delays, utility failures, supplier shortages, government actions, or other force majeure events.
10. Amendments
The Company reserves the right to amend, revise, update, or replace this Policy at any time without prior notice.
Any revised version shall become effective upon publication on the Website.
11. Governing Law
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
Any dispute arising from or relating to this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
